• selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and expediting correction or adjustment;
• following up to ensure resolution
•  Promotes customer satisfaction by informing customers of the progress of their complaint and thanks them for their business
• Provides information regarding the company’s products and services by answering questions and requests from customers
