As a JioMart Outside Sales Representative, you'll be the bridge between JioMart and the local businesses powering our platform. You'll wear many hats – from identifying and prospecting potential partner stores to negotiating win-win partnerships, onboarding them onto the platform, and providing ongoing support to ensure their success on JioMart. Your strong communication, relationship-building skills, and deep understanding of local markets will be key to driving new partner acquisitions, optimizing store performance, and solidifying JioMart's position as the ultimate grocery destination for every Indian household.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential local grocery stores, kirana shops, and other relevant businesses to onboard as JioMart partners.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing JioMart partners, understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial for JioMart and the partner businesses.
  • Onboard new partner stores onto the JioMart platform, providing comprehensive training and support.
  • Monitor and analyze partner store performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to JioMart partners, ensuring their smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and maintain JioMart's competitive edge.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for new partner acquisitions and revenue generation.

  • Proven track record of success in outside sales or business development, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of the local market and target audience, including grocery stores, kirana shops, and their operations.
