Job Summary

We are searching for a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our growing Help Desk team as a remote worker. In this role, you will be the first line of defense for our internal and external clients, providing exceptional technical support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to user inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshooting a variety of technical issues, including software, hardware, network, and application problems
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate technical support team
  • Documenting incidents and resolutions to ensure knowledge transfer and continuous improvement
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service
  • Adhering to established IT policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of basic computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.

  • Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) principles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
